New to the Order of the Arrow (OA)? Visit our Induction Central page to learn more about us, the induction process, and opportunities in Scouting's National Honor Society.

The Induction Weekend is the first step toward full membership in the Order of the Arrow (OA). The entire experience is designed to teach significant values. All candidates for membership are required to complete the Induction Weekend within eighteen months of their election or nomination.

LODGE FELLOWHIP

LODGE ENCAMPMENT

Lodge Encampment is an annual event for all Arrowmen of Tiwahe Lodge. We hold an annual Lodge Encampment in the Spring, check the calendar for date and location. This year’s agenda is packed with fun activities and service.

LODGE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (LLD)

Lodge Leadership Development is the primary training for lodge leadership, providing lodge & chapter leaders with the skills needed to plan and run a successful program. The LLD program is designed to equip leaders with the tools to stimulate creative ideas and develop lasting solutions that will enable and enhance growth. We hold an annual LLD in August, check the calendar for date and location.

LODGE BANQUET

The banquet is a chance for all Arrowmen, new and experienced, to join together in a celebration of the previous year's accomplishments. We hold an annual Lodge Banquet in August, check the calendar for date and location..
