Invitation Manager
Invitation Manger is your leads resource tool. This is where any inquiries from BeAScout will come in and await your response. You can also add leads manually during joining events or from names provided by unit members and send invitations to join that include a link to your unit’s application. There is also a URL and QR code specific to your unit that can be downloaded from this tool to use in your unit’s recruitment efforts.

When processing leads, here are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind:
- Use the notes section! A quick note in the Leads Notes each time you reach out or make contact helps the District and Council to better support you. It also helps us to know when or if to assign the lead to another unit.
- The leads will automatically get reassigned to the District about every 7 days. This is another reason why notes are vital.
- If the lead has asked a question, be sure to answer it to the best of your ability. You can see the questions on the details page of the lead in the bottom grey box.
- Reach out to leads multiple times even when they are not responding right away or at all. 7 is a good number in the marketing community. If you reach out to a lead once a week for 7 weeks, you have a higher chance of getting a response.
- Use more than one way to reach out to the lead. Email them, text them, call them and send them the application. You will find which form of communication they prefer.
