Campsite and facility assignments are made predicated upon your group's needs, the needs of other groups, the availability of our volunteer Campmasters, Rangemasters and Lifeguards for the facilities we have open on your desired dates.
Reservation requests are reviewed weekly. Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail.
Please phone the Council Camping Department one week after your request is sent to make sure that it was received. Our phone number is 619.298.6121 or email SDICcamp@scouting.org.
Reminder: Payment is due two weeks prior to the reservation date.
Cancellation Policy:
- 2 Weeks: firm deadline, full payment due, no refunds issued for cancellation with this window.
- 30 Days: rescheduling permitted once per reservation (pending availability), after which deposit is forfeited.
- Extenuating circumstances may qualify for credit (no refund).

NOTE: Reservations for boats, equipment and meeting rooms can be made from two (2) weeks to six (6) months in advance. If it is less than two weeks you MUST contact the Camping Department to check availability.
