The San Diego-Imperial Council Special Needs & Disabilities Committee advances inclusive Scouting by providing education, resources, advocacy, and community partnerships that equip leaders, families, and units to deliver safe, accessible, and meaningful Scouting experiences for youth and adults of all abilities.
