American Red Cross Lifeguard Class

Dates: December  27 - 30, 2025 (from 8 am - 7 pm) must attend all days
Location: The Salvation Army Kroc Center, 6845 University Ave, San Diego 92115
Cost:  $315
Class Size is Limited to 12 students
* If you are employed at Camp Fiesta Island / Mataguay Scout Ranch as Aquatics staff in 2026 you will receive half your fee back at the end of your successful season.

Class includes:

• American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification
• CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer
• First Aid for the Professional Rescuer
• California Title 22
• VITAL: This is a hybrid course. You will receive an email between now and December 23 that has information on how to complete your online coursework. This work MUST be completed before the FIRST day of class.

Participants should:

• Be at least 15 years of age on first day of class
• Be able to complete strenuous activities (such as bending, lifting, kneeling, etc).

You must be registered before December 23 at 5PM. Each registrant MUST HAVE a separate email address.

For recertifying American Red Cross lifeguards - December  28 - 29, 2025 (from 8 am - 7 pm) must attend all day
‍Please note. If you are a BSA Lifeguard you are considered a NEW lifeguard and will have to attend all 4 days.
