Your Webelos get to step into the shoes of a castaway, imagining they are ship-wrecked on a deserted island.
Your Scouts learn important lessons about nature, how to use resources wisely, have some tasty snacks, and the importance of being prepared. These skills not only make the adventure fun but also teach Scouts how to respect and care for their surroundings. Working together is a big part of the Webelos Castaway Day. Scouts learn to rely on each other + their Den, building friendships and strengthening their scout spirit.
