What is a Gear Swap? The perfect opportunity for Scouts and their families to donate, buy, sell, barter, or trade camping gear, outdoor equipment, and uniforms! Bring your gently used gear and get something new for your next adventure!

- New or lightly used gear
- Great deals on outdoor equipment
- Gear for all age groups, from kids to adults!
How It Works:
- Donate/Buy/Sell/Trade/Barter: Bring your gear to the swap and get it in the hands of others who need it!
- Drop off donated gear at Camp Balboa anytime during week of September 8, 2025
- No Registration Fee or donation required to participate in the swap.
- You set the price and are responsible for all sales. Bring cash, PayPal, or Venmo for any purchases.
